A former social club in an area of Plymouth, undergoing significant investment and re-generation, was the perfect location for the creation of eleven supported living flats intended for use by care leavers becoming acquainted to living alone in a supported environment.
The project was a renovation in name only where just the existing external envelop was retained. A new floor constructed in place of the roof, complete internal strip out and re-fit, new parking area, new entrance and gardens resulted in this modest but valuable addition to the local housing landscape.
Instructed, initially, by Pebble Properties to secure planning, then Pivotal Homes to manage the delivery, this is a completed project, with a socially valuable outcome, we’re proud to have been a part of.
