Adding value through planning…

The site was brought to us by a new client who’d bought it with a planning approval for the sub-division of the existing villa and construction of a single new home. A little creativity and we managed to re-plan the site and include an additional 4 bed detached house.

Ortus secured planning, building regulations, then supported the client , who managed the project themselves, through the site works whilst negotiating the impact of a small virus and significant construction cost price inflation.

The project was completed and four beautiful new homes were sold into the open market.
