A low energy, high spec development of eight flats a stones throw from the beach
This development of eight flats was designed using fabric first principals and constructed using a closed panel, off site, building solution.
The four, two bed, and four, three bed, flats were design and constructed to provide light, and warming through thermal gain, to the internal spaces with climate managed through highly efficient air tightness and MVHR ensuring the interior stays at exactly the right temperature throughout the year.
Our first off site manufactured project the project management was a steep learning curve which has paid dividends on subsequent projects. The most valuable lesson being get the detail, all the detail, resolved before you start on site.
