The Merrivale Road redevelopment is our small contribution to the regeneration of North Prospect which has now reached its second anniversary. Planning was secured within the first year but in uncertain markets with rising costs, there have been some trips and stumbles getting to the site.
That said, the world kept turning, a new client acquired the project and we were finally able to get the project moving. We’re very pleased to be working with the new owners, Pivotal Homes, as project managers for the delivery of 13 new supported living homes, which started on-site in June and is now off to a flying start.
The development, being delivered under a JCT intermediate contract by Ecosafe Ltd, is programmed for 12 months on-site. Planning conditions have been discharged, building regulations approved and enabling works being complete means we were good to go.
We’re very excited to be taking this project through to completion and to be playing our small part in the ongoing story on North Prospect.
